Unlike regular bank loans, direct loans are not repaid on a monthly basis, but are “parked” at the Petershof for a longer period of time with moderate notice periods starting at 6 months. If you need your money again, you cancel your loan agreement and get your money back at the end of the agreed notice period. We use the period of notice to ensure appropriate liquidity by continuously collecting new direct loans.
